usual distances: 4mi to 20+mi (tho not these days given my totally sedentary
present lifestyle, sigh)
hills: likes 'em
races: Likes 'em. Has sorta like maybe perhaps seriously kinda tried his hand
at 5K, 10K, 1/2 marathon, and marathon distances. 10K to 1/2 marathon are his
favorite racing distances so far. Also participated on the PARC Hood-to-Coast
Relay team in 1995.
Jeff just plain likes endurance sports. Others he dabbles with are cycling,
boardsailing,
skiing (both nordic and alpine), motorsports, and fatherhood.
